A Miami, Fl., police officer has been suspended with spend immediately after a Miami resident filmed him kicking a guy, who was currently in handcuffs, in the head. The incident posted on Fb took put at the the Culmer Spot Flats in Overtown. The officer, determined as Mario Figueroa, is a two-year veteran with the department.
The movie was captured by Lisa Harrell, a girl who lives in the condominium advanced, and in accordance to the Miami Herald, promptly posted the video on Fb.
